She was predeceased by: her husband Wesley Reagan McIntosh; her son Wesley Seth McIntosh; her grandson Maddox Julian Rider; and her parents, Alwood J. Dossmann and Jewel Ruby Jenkins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jessica McIntosh Rider (Matthew) of Longville, LA and Caitlin McIntosh Guillory (Jacob) of St. Landry; her sisters, Carolyn Dossmann Spears of St. Landry and Phyllis Dossmann Whittington (Hardy "Top"); and her grandchildren, Thomas Keegan McIntosh, Madison Grace Rider, Brady Matthew Guillory, Wesley Kyle Guillory, Riley Kate Guillory and Emory John Guillory.
