He is survived by: his son Christopher; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Castete; his grandchildren, Jordan Forbes, Skylar Prejean and Hailee Castete; his sister-in-law Deborah Castete; and his nieces and nephews, Kelly Castete, Pam Straub (Mike), Paula Morris, Katie Rains (Seth), Ami Brunson, Cody Johns and Jason Johns.
