She was predeceased by: her husband Willie Bass; her son Wayne Bass; her grandchildren, John Hicks and Tonya Hicks; her siblings, Julia Boyer, Doris Rawles, Bessie Thomas, Bobby Sanders, Lavelle Sanders, Eugene Sanders and Wayne Sanders; and her parents, Dewey Sanders and Beatrice Sanders.
She is survived by: her daughters, Peggy Hicks of St. Joe, LA and Brenda Adams of St. Joe, LA; and her siblings, Billy Sanderes (Martha) of Waterproof, LA, Willie Mae Dooley of Bastrop, LA, Marvin Sanders (Paulette) of Bastrop, LA and Jerry Sanders (Rhonda) of Bastrop, LA.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 3 great great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
