With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jackie W. Brown of Saint Joseph, Louisiana, born in Leachville, Arkansas, who passed away on September 22, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilma Onsby Brown and James Sidney Brown of Oxford, Mississippi.; his wife Lynn Carol Vinson; his daughter Anne Marie; his son-in-law Kevin Kelley of Lafayette, Louisiana; his daughter Carole Lee Brown; his grandson Pip Sam of Fort Collins, Colorado; his brother Rodger; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Brown of Belden, Mississippi, Kenny Vinson, Bernard Walsh of Covington, Louisiana and Wes Vinson (Roxanne) of Belle Chasse, Louisiana. He was also cherished by cousins, nieces & nephews.
The family requests that donations be made to Alzheimer research, the First United Methodist Church in St. Joseph & Tensas Academy.
