He was predeceased by: his wife Eloise Hidalgo; his parents, Lester Hidalgo and Eunice Hidalgo; his brother Lawrence Hidalgo; his daughter Marie Cook; and his grandchildren, Theresa Hidalgo, LaRay Hidalgo and Chase Curry.
He is survived by: his children, Ramona Hidalgo, Katrina Ricard (Charles), Lisa Hidalgo, Tammy Taylor (Billy), Shawn Hidalgo (Heather), Cindy Lodrigue (Morris) and Jodi Urbina (Ulises); and his brothers, Paul Hidalgo and Robert Hidalgo. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
