She was predeceased by: her husband Louis Shepard; her parents, Nathan, Sr. Meggs and Florence Ellis Meggs (Louis Shepard); her son Gibbons Frazier Sr.; her granddaughter Danielle Frazier; and her siblings, Florence Camille Rodney, Nellie Mae Ceaser, Warren, Walter, Sidney and Nathan, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Ann Shepard Bryant and Leroy; her daughter-in-law Betty Frazier of St. James; and her grandchildren, Janene Bryant of Donaldsonville Louisiana, Lynette Ferrell of Baton Rouge, Gibbons Frazier Jr. of Saint James and Nakish Frazier of Forney. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
