Sutherland; his children, Eugene Sutherland (Danee), Darilyn Green (Ricky) and Ciara Dennis (Davin); his grandchildren, Reanna Sutherland, Nyrie, Ricky III, Lauryn Green, Marlie and Marsai Dennis; his siblings, Zedel Oubre (Harry), Matilda Sutherland, Gerry Sutherland, Herman Sutherland (Charlene) and Thaddeus Sutherland (Laura); his siblings-in-law, Joseph Fefie, Cleveland Fefie, Sr., Felicia Fefie, Theresa Zenon, Odette Fefie, Doris Truehill, Betty Jones and Antoinette Fefie; his aunt Ora Lee Ferchaud; and his godchildren, Clinton Sutherland III, Dr. Delwin Mitchell and Verdell Ferchaud. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the St James Catholic Church (6613 LA-18, St James, LA 70086). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
