He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney A. Lemoine and Margaret Hobgood Lemoine; his parents-in-law, Charles L. King and Ellen B. King; and his brother-in-law Stephen Seal.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Anne King Lemoine; his children, Jo Ellen Daniel (Brian), Margaret Anne Pruitt (Nolan) and Rodney A. "Rod" Lemoine (Jodi); his siblings, Edine Lemoine Seal, Willia Lemoine Parkerson (Bill), Conville Lemoine (Polly) and Walter Lemoine (Gina); and his grandchildren, Rodney "Roddy" Aloysius Lemoine IV, John Murray Lemoine and Anne Turner Pruitt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
