She was predeceased by: her parents, Rachel Brooks Mulkey of Louisiana and Jeffrey Truly Mulkey. She is survived by: her brother William Allen Mulkey (Sandra); her daughter Rachel Diane Parks; her grandchildren, Edward Delane Boeker (Camille), Barrett Louis Boeker (Kirsten) and Virginia Nicole Parks; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Travis Dickerhoof, Hannah Rose Dickerhoof, Graham Louis Boeker, Opal Madeliene Boeker, Evelyn Anne Boeker, Samuel Hutch Parks, Austin Lee Strahan and Emma Grace Strahan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Apostolic Tabernacle of the Felicianas (17903 LA-10, St Francisville, LA 70775). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
