It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edna Rogers of Saint Francisville, Louisiana, born in Bunkie, Louisiana, who passed away on September 3, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband V. J. Rogers Jr.; her son Clifton D. Rogers; her parents, O. L. Hutzler and Lucille Hutzler; and her brothers, Melvin Hutzler and Terry Hutzler.
She is survived by: her children, Donna of St. Francisville and Mike (Tana) of St. Francisville; her grandchildren, Joshua Rogers (Holly) of Baton Rouge and Tabitha Gore (Daniel) of Wakefield; her great grandchildren, Gavin Cloud, Myles Cloud of St. Francisville and Jackson Rogers of Baton Rouge; and her siblings, O. L. "Buster" Hutzler of Grass Valley, California and Patsy Brignac of French Settlement, Louisiana. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
