She is survived by: her husband James Levi Claxton; her children, Tammy Claxton Herring (Jimmy) and Christopher David Claxton (Angela); her sister Macie Ballard Kinchen (John Courtney); and her grandchildren, Derick Herring, Joshua Herring, Lacie Herring Manieri, Amanda Oliveaux, Randy Herring, Kristen Claxton, Mark Claxton and CJ Claxton. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
