She was predeceased by: her husband John Davis Spillman; her grandson Matthew Bailey; her parents, Brannoc Wilkinson and Bernice Wilkinson; and her sister Marjorie Raborn.

She is survived by: her sons, James B. Bailey (Sissy), Thomas J. Bailey (Aurora) and David K. Bailey (Lori); her sister Juanita Laiche; her grandsons, Jonathan Bailey, Carlos Lora, Oscar Lora, Sonny Stockstill, Ryan Stockstill and Clint Stockstill; and her close friend Shirley Spillman.
