She was predeceased by: her siblings, Emily Smothers Williams, Georgia Smothers Shropshire, Sarah Smothers Botner, Sam Smothers, Major Smothers, Jr., George Smothers and Richard Smothers.
She is survived by: her significant other Bro. Johnson "Peter" Armstrong, Sr.; her daughters, Lillie Mae Armstrong, Helen Armstrong, Mildred Armstrong and Shirley Williams (Isaac); and her grandsons, Dwight David Armstrong (Elaine) and John Fred Armstrong (Glenda). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
