He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Dukes; his parents, Thomas W. Dukes and Gaynell Dukes; his children, Katie Dukes and Delaney Dukes; his stepchildren, Joshua Labat (Jessica) and Jordan Labat (Kayla); his siblings, Timothy "Timmy" Dukes (Jacquelyn "Jackie") and Teri Spiers (Michael "Biscuit"); his nieces and nephews, Brianna Dukes and Brittan Dukes; and his grandchildren, Averi Labat, Alivia Labat, Jace Labat and Kennedy Labat.
