Phillips (Krissy); his grandchildren, Emily Phillips, Jacob Phillips (Temi), Joshua Phillips, Matthew Pham, Caitlin Phillips, Cassidy Lavin (Kyle), Samantha Phillips, Elizabeth Phillips and Olivia Michiels; his great grandchildren, AJ, Carsen, Matthew Jr. and Stella; and his sisters, Doris Landry and Florence Puipuro (Dominick). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
