With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Lemoine Bailey of Saint Bernard, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on January 12, 2021 at the age of 61. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lemoine and Lena Lemoine. She is survived by: her children, Christina Lovell and John Bailey; her siblings, Patricia, Francis, Linda, Lena, Peggy, Kenneth and Joseph; and her grandchildren, John Bailey Jr., Jordan Bankston, Jayce Bankston and Annabella Bankston. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
