Marilyn Mouton Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 29, 2021, at the age of 89, Marilyn Mouton of Saint Bernard, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley F. "Whip" Mouton, Sr.; her parents, Henry G. Mehrtens and Alice W. Mehrtens; her sister Patricia Ryan; her sons-in-law, Allen Gerlinger and Joseph Lalumia; and her great grandchild Meghan Thibodeaux.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Jirovec (Fred), Connie Ritchie (Eric), Claudia Lalumia, Chrisie Gerlinger, Stan Mouton, Jr. and Steve Mouton (Carla); and her sisters, Rita Mae Jones and Lynda Ernest. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in her name to the Alzheimer's Association Louisiana Chapter, 3445 N. Causeway Blvd., Metairie, LA 70002 or masses in her memory at Our Lady of the Lake Parish, Mandeville, LA.
