She is survived by: her children, Dina Carbello, Michael O'Brien and Scott O'Brien; and her grandchildren, Roman Appel and Alexandra "Ally" Short.

She had gone through so much in her life and My heart went out to her. Will pray for her lovely family. My Son Craig Castgnetta was her Son Carlos best friend. I feel her lost.
