He is survived by: his children, Nicholas J. Macheca, Sr. (Lauren), Kelly Macheca Ellis and John R. Macheca, Jr. (Jamie); his grandsons, Nick (Emily), Joshua (Devin), Jonathan (Meg), Jacob (Abby) and Brandon (Emily); and his great grandchildren, Nate, Gabe, Hudson, Addie and Luke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
