She was predeceased by: her husband William "Billy" Leo Starr, Jr.; her parents, Sara Margaret Andrews Wright and James Otis Wright; and her sister Elaine Hall Levie Fournet. She is survived by: her children, James "Jimmy" Starr (Karen), Scherie Starr Carlini (Jay) and Cindy Starr Sagnibene (Ronnie); her grandchildren, Nicole (Shannon), Ryan (Laurie), Courtney (Danny), Brittany (Torrie), Brielle (Ted) and Baili (Jacob); her great grandchildren, Gage, Reid, Mason, Evan, Cameron, Reiss, Jayden, Ashton and Lennon; and her sibling Jean Wright Cascio (Andrew). She is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
