It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elsie Cullen Celestin (Saint Bernard, Louisiana), born in Evergreen, Louisiana, who passed away on September 6, 2019, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Mary "Annie" Juneau (Ivy), Mabel Redmon (Al), Velma Turner (Edly), Zula Goodwin (Cliff), Eric "Buddy" Cullen (Connie), Curtis Cullen (Doris), Joseph "Frizz" E. Cullens, Sr. (Virginia) and Roberta Favaron (Tony); her parents, Dave Cullen and Elodie Cullen; and her husband Jack Henry Celestin.

She is survived by: her children, Michael (Toni) and Dona (Fred McDougall); her grandchildren, Naomi Celestin, Joe Belmonte and Scott McDougall (Whitney); and her great grandchildren, Amiel Robinson and Austen Belmonte.
