It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Bowers of Saint Bernard, Louisiana, who passed away on September 18, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Patricia Bowers. He is survived by: his children, Katlyn Bowers and Danielle Oddo; his siblings, Sylvia Billiot, Sherry Waskasky and Clay Bowers; and his former wife Bonnie Bowers. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, dear friends.
