He was predeceased by: his parents, Flora Halford and Herman Warner Sr.; and his brothers, Herman Warner Jr., Joseph Warner and Ricky Halford.

He is survived by: his son Bernard Robert Warner Jr.; his stepson James Landry; his siblings, Aldoris Warner (late Loree), Glen "Whitey" Freeman (Denise), Jennings Freeman (Patty), Debra Ard (Michael), Dianne Corley and Mary Melerine; and his grandchildren, Bryce Robert Wamer, Luca Warner and Jace Landry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
