He is survived by: his wife Marie Vergie Alfonso; his sons, Anthony Jr., Gary (Lisa), Angelo "Duke" (Lacie) and Ivan; his grandchildren, Anthony III, Nicholas, Ryan, Matthew, Sarah, Lainee and Claire; and his brothers, Raymond Alfonso and Andrew P. Alfonso. He is also survived by his sons and grandchildren.
