She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph A. Guerrera Sr.; her parents, Sam Gerace Sr. and Sarah Maddie Gerace of Bayou Current, LA.; and her sibling Seraphine. She is survived by: her siblings, Stella, Rosie (Fred Hebert), Josephine (Renoldy Messa), Mary (Irving Galle), Frank Gerace, Anthony Gerace (Rosalie), Louis Gerace (Mary) and Sam Gerace (Rita); her children, Joseph A. Guerrera Jr. (Deborah) and Barbara Guerrera Richard (Joseph); her grandchildren, Craig Guerrera (Melissa), Kevin Guerrera (Sonia), Melissa Demster (Jack), Brian Richard (Natalie) and Shawn Richard; her great grandchildren, Logan Guerrera, Isabella Guerrera, Emma Demster, Gavin and Abigail Richard; and her sister-in-law Marlene Seeman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
