With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Allen Lee Melancon of Saint Bernard, Louisiana, born in Alexandria, Louisiana, who passed away on October 30, 2021 at the age of 72. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Melancon and Charlette Mascaro Melancon; and his brother Charles Melancon. He is survived by: his wife Carol Licciardi Melancon; his children, Elizabeth Melancon, Keith Melancon (Simone), Gregory Melancon, Bradley Melancon and Merlin Abadie; his sister-in-law Dixie Melancon; his grandchildren, Lauren White, Kasey Melancon and Dustin Melancon; and his nieces and nephews, Ray Melancon (Heather), Mikey Melancon, Jennifer Rusk (Jacob), Albert Burmaster (Michele), Kevin Burmaster (Lora), Vonda Palazzolo (Russell), Lance Licciardi and Mark Licciardi (Lori). He is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
