He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lafrance Sr. and Edna Doane Lafrance; his brother Arthur L. Lafrance Sr.; his sisters-in-law, Lorraine Lafrance, Nell Ann Grant (late Alex) and Mary Kay Muller; his nephew Marc M. Lafrance; and his niece Kelly Ann Erwin.

He is survived by: his wife Gertrude "Trudie" Reinhard Lafrance; his children, Kathryn Mary Lafrance, Anita Lafrance Wolverton (Darren) and Angelle Lafrance Mokry (Vince); his grandchildren, Chanler Wolverton Tiras (Sterling), Gibson Marc Wolverton, Ryleigh Marie Wolverton, Leah Theresa Mokry, Dean Edward Mokry, Korbin Maverick Wolverton, Cody Lane Wolverton and Justin Marc Wolverton; and his siblings, Fay Lafrance Erwin (late John), Patsy Lafrance Pannagl, Lanny Lafrance (Jean) and Linda Lafrance Fernandez (late Ronnie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
