He is survived by: his wife Christine LaRoche Mitchell; his children, Jeffrey Michael Mitchell and Kelly Mitchell Stahls (Paul); his grandchildren, Jelani, Jordyn, Javin, Virginia, Foster and Charles; his great grandchildren, Taytum and Karsyn; and his goddaughters, Casey Hendry Horne and Katie Elizabeth Kennedy.
