He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Catherine Meyers Kingston; his parents, Mamie Macaluso and Charles Edward Kingston, Sr.; his brother Robert Raymond Kingston; and his grandson Nicholas Kingston.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory Paul Kingston (Heidi), Karen Ann Kingston Usner (Larry), Michael Edward Kingston, Patricia Jean Kingston Paz, Randy Joseph Kingston, Kenneth Gerard Kingston, Sr. (Laura) and Jennifer Elizabeth Kingston Frambes (Ray); his grandchildren, Melissa Usner Jones, Rebecca Usner McKee (Peter), Jessica Paz Jones (Siôn), Natalie Kingston Richard (Brian), Derek Usner (Megan), Emily Kingston, Megan Burke Jenkins (Bryan), Kenny G. Kingston, Jr. (Ellen), Camille Kingston, Chloe Kingston, Emily Fontenot, Zachary Kingston and Zoe Kingston; his great grandchildren, Charles E. Jones, Jessie L. Jones, Mark A. Jones, Noah McKee, Rhys F. S. Jones, Alec Wynn D. Jones and Riley C. Jenkins; his great great grandchildren, Nathan J. Jones, Samuel E. Jones, Ella I. Hollier, Riley Thibodeux and Andre Chiasson; and his cousins, Sandra Constance Hingle (Norman), Charlotte Constance Engolia, Cindy A. Schneider and Pamela Schneider Richard (John). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
