He is survived by: his wife Barbara Apgar; his children, Harry Lee Apgar, Cindy Rousseau (Rodney) and Debbie Trabeau; and his sister Betty Leonard (Bob). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
