He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Rumfellow and Mary Totora Rumfellow; and his siblings, Rudolph Rumfellow (Rudy) and Elizabeth Loucille Rumfellow-LaBorde (Lou). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Laiche Rumfellow; his sister Rosalie Rumfellow Malvenan (Lee); his children, Candace Rumfellow Latuso (Michel) and Joseph Rumfellow Jr. (Jill Humphrey Rumfellow); and his grandchildren, Brandon Latuso, Jana Latuso Rozier (Cameron Rozier) and Jadyn Rumfellow.
