It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gertie Moran (Saint Amant, Louisiana), who passed away on August 14, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Joseph Amedee Moran; her son Dale Moran; her husband Joseph Camille; her parents, Valentine Babin and Cecile Dupry Babin; and her sisters, Ruth (Alex Moran), Rose Mary (Daigle), Cecilia (John Savoy) and Leona Bourgeois.
She is survived by: her children, David A. Moran, Stephanie M. Norwood (Gary), Mona F. Moran (Catherine) and Foret; her grandchildren, Tobie Moran (Abby), Jared Moran (Jennifer), Heather French (Paul), Bradley Norwood (Brittany), Robert Combel Jr. (Adie), Robyn Combel (Heidi) and Rustin Combel (Danielle); her great grandchildren, Hannah Lessard, Robert, Combel III, Aidyn Combel, Mason French, Rustin Combel Jr., Carter Combel, Bryson Norwood, Olivia French and Hudson Combel; her great great grandchild Kylie Lessard; her siblings-in-law, Bernard C. Bourgeois, Argelie Bourgeois, Ruth Braud (Calvin), Theresa Savoy (Joe) and Bernandine Moran (Thomas); and her friend Nelson P. Morgan Sr..
