Melancon and Jaci Lynn Melancon; his granddaughters, Harlee Melancon Templet and Braylee Jo Melancon; his siblings, Robert A. Melancon (Wendy), Rheba M. Anderson, Velford P. Melancon "Byrd" (Deb) and Joan M. Melancon; and his friend Delsie LeJeune Wright. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
