He was predeceased by: his parents, Justine Brady Vicknair and Joseph D. Vicknair; and his siblings, Joseph Denis Vicknair (late Zelma), Norman Vicknair, Joseph Melvin Vicknair (late Nancy), Peggy Teen (late Micky), Kitty Ducote (late Ray), Love Joy Catoir (late Gerald) and John Drew Vicknair (Brenda).
He is survived by: his wife Merry Gay Michel Vicknair of Garyville; his children, Holly Vicknair LeBouef (Stephen) and Carl Joseph Vicknair, Jr. (Allison); his grandchildren, Austin LeBouef (Brooke), Haley LeBouef, Blake LeBouef, Max Vicknair and Maggie Vicknair; his great grandchildren, Lawson LeBouef and Luke LeBouef; and his siblings, James C. Vicknair (Gerda), Anita Abreo (Johnny), Susan Kinney (Jon) and Nancy Duhe (Chester). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
