He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sr. Savoy and Hilda Clouatre Savoy; his brothers, Ellis Savoy, Wilton Savoy and Perry Savoy; and his nephews, Robbie Savoy, Jr. and Clint Delaune.
He is survived by: his children, Kitzie (Dylan Major), Ean (Katie Fugler Savoy) and Jessica (Donnie Miller); his grandchildren, Corynn Major, Elliot Savoy, Ellis Savoy, Cole Miller and Mae Miller; his brother Robbie Savoy, Sr. (Judy Schilling Savoy); and his sisters-in-law, Julie Russ Savoy and Linda Guitreau Savoy. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Association in memory of his mother.
