He was predeceased by: his parents, Jap Gullatt, Sr. and Carrie Jane Pesnell Gullatt; his siblings, Milledge Ledbetter, Jo Fielder, Etta Dean, Margie Johnson, Harrell Gullatt and Thomas Ted Gullatt; and his nephew Samuel Larry Ledbetter.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Rodrigues Gullatt; his brother Jap Gullatt, Jr. (Patsy); his daughters, Rhonda Gullatt Malone (John) of Ruston and Pam Gullatt Scott (Fletcher) of Katy, TX; his grandchildren, Matthew Malone (Meredyth) of Bentonville, AR, Daniel Scott (Kim) of Katy, TX, Megan Malone Webster (Charles) of Memphis, TN, Molly Malone Fleming (Beau) of Mooresville, NC, Jennifer Scott Horn (Jarred) of Leander, TX and Amy Scott Raskolnikov (Dima) of New York, NY; his great grandchildren, Samantha, Abigail and Cole Scott; and his grandchildren, Caden, Ainsley, Cody Horn, Kipton Malone and Louis Fleming.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Gullatt Family Scholarship Fund through the Louisiana Tech University Foundation.
