She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Maxie Burton and Audrey Bush Burton; and her siblings, Richard Burton, Tom Burton, Willie "Frank" Burton, Ronnie Burton, Betty Bass, Doris Stem, Lavon Kelly and Lenora Chiasson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deana Hoenke (Jody) and Brandy Stephens; her grandchildren, James Mobley (Hannah), Jessica Mobley, Destiny Stephens, Sarah Hoenke, Aaron Hoenke (Kaylyn) and Jonah Hoenke; her great grandchildren, Piper, Brooke, Sophia, Dawson and Magnolia; and her siblings, R. N. Burton, Reggie Burton, Elaine Gilbert and Bess Burton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and other extended family.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Lincoln Parish Park (211 Parish Park Rd, Ruston, LA 71270).
