She was predeceased by: her father Morris James Belaire, Sr.; her siblings, Morris James "Bobby" Belaire, Jr. and Renee Belaire Terrell; and her grandson Thomas Gray Stephens. She is survived by: her children, Bryan Cook (Suzanne), Julie Cook (Steve Rogers) and Susan Cook (Gray Stephens); her grandchildren, Michael Rogers, Erin Rogers Blackburn, Jeffery Cook (Hillary), Anna Stephens (Steven Godfrey), John Stephens (Ashley), Laura Cook (Rob Lawrence) and Katherine Stephens (Jesse Lambert); her sister Deborah Ann Belaire; and her caregiver Willie Mae Howard of Ruston. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
