He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Clayton and Emma Lee Baker; and his sister Johnette Upchurch. He is survived by: his sons, Clay Baker and Justin Baker (Emily); his grandsons, Joseph Baker, Tristan Baker and Jacob Baker; his nephew Randy Upchurch; his nieces, Suzy Gardunio, Tracey Renfrow and Emily Gaylor; and his close friends, Tim Smith, Steve Baker, Greg Franklin, Jeremy Barmore and Robert Nolan.
