He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Tinsley Penuell (Larry Penuell); his grandchildren, Rowdy Yates (Jan), Chad Yates (Carolyn), Zach Yates (Heather) and Katie Yates Martin (Jason Martin); and his great grandchildren, Landen, Lawson, Levi, Connor, Clara, Jackson, Bella Grace, Ellie, Georgia, Carter, Mitchel and Delainie.
