He was predeceased by: his wife Carla Harvey Boles; and his brother Jimmy Boles. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Boles of Jonesboro, LA, Mitchell Boles of Ruston, Paul Boles of Ruston, David Boles, Jr. of Texas and Johnny Boles of Texas; his siblings, Brenda (Jimmy Guree) of Simsboro, LA, John Boles, Jr. (Patsy) of Simsboro, LA and Tommy Boles (Starr) of Hamburg, AR; and his mother-in-law Sally Harvey of Ruston, LA. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; one great granddaughter.
