She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arvi and Viola Ristimaki; her husband J. E. Hood; her children, Wendell Hood, Belinda Hays of Ruston, LA and Tory Tettleton (Tim) of Farmerville, LA; her daughter-in-law Beverly Hood of Minden, LA; her grandchildren, Parker Tettleton, Hal Hays (Kate), Colton Hays (Elayna) and Mason Hood; and her great grandchild Everett Hays.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made, in her honor, to Trinity Methodist Church, of Ruston, or to the charity of the donor's choice.
