It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nelda Hughes Spinks of Ruston, Louisiana, who passed away on November 25, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie B. Hughes and Mary Elizabeth Hughes; and her husband Wyman Alison Spinks. She is survived by: her son Hugh Allison Spinks.
