He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Marshall, Sr. and Sarah Ann Marshall Hemphill; and his siblings, Johnny Joe Marshall and Judy Ethridge. He is survived by: his wife Mariana Marshall; his children, Kelly Marshall (Mauricio), Michelle Marshall Young, Jesse Palacios (Veronica), Carlos Palacios (Marcie), Ruben Palacios (Christian), James Robert Marshall and Tommy Rae Marshall; and his siblings, Bill Marshall, Bob Marshall (Janet), Susie Marshall Pilcher and Karla Ann McManus (Gary).
