He was predeceased by: his parents, Elro McNeil and Mary Davis; and his brother Vernon McNeil. He is survived by: his wife Tracey McNeil; his children, Jamie Wallace (Jeremy), Mark McNeil (Allison) and Sara Knox (Bryan); and his grandchildren, T. J., Presly, Brycen, Dallis, Brogan and Sister Trixie Davis. He is also survived by many nieces and Nephews.
