She is survived by: her husband Charles M. Fuller; her daughter Peggy L. Newcomb (Jay); her grandchildren, Casey Newcomb (Brittney), Natalie Cannon (John) and Abby Newcomb; her son Kenneth Fuller (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Graham Fuller (Morgan), Lauren Blackwell (Logan), Anna Barbiero (A. J.), Brian Miller (Meagan), Hilliary Miller (Ryan McGrew) and Katie Miller; her siblings, Robert E. Napper and Laverne Rogers; and her sister-in-law JoAnn Holtzclaw. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
