He was predeceased by: his son Logan Joel Crume; his father Donald Crume; his brother Byron Crume; and his sister-in-law Mary Crume. He is survived by: his significant other Jenny Crume; his children, Brandon Crume (Blake Cooper), Jordan Crume Mabry (Joanne) and Morgan Crume Fuller (Graham); his grandchildren, Bobbi Anne Fuller and Braxon Fuller; his mother Charlotte Crume; his sister Cheryl Hough (Vernon); his mother-in-law Cecelia; his grandmother Hedrick; and his father-in-law Bob Hedrick (Lely).

In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations in Kevin's name to First Baptist Church of Ruston or The Ruston Cultural District.
