He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lowery of Ruston; his children, Penny Lowery-Craig (Charles), Sandra Lowery Davis and Robert Lowery (Joanne) of Ruston; his grandchildren, Robert Lowery, Scott Love, Joseph Davis, Brad Love (Kellie), Heather (Clint Crawford), Sarah Love Campbell and Jessica (Jason Potts); and his sister Jackie (Bobby Nelson) of Lake Charles, LA. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
