It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann McElduff Wheelis (Ruston, Louisiana), born in Eros, Louisiana, who passed away on December 13, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. McElduff and Myrtle Kelley McElduff of Cartwright, LA.; her son Kelley Glen Neaville; and her sister Margie McElduff. She is survived by: her husband William Dale Wheelis; her children, Philip Neaville (Marilyn), Bruce Neaville (Jennifer), Rhonda Hendrix (Curt), Bill Wheelis (Patti) and Waylon Wheelis (Kim); her siblings, Barbara Norris, Lina Mae Eschberger, Gloria Leachman, Billy McElduff and Patricia Clingfost; and her grandchildren, Erroll, Grace and Lacy Neaville. She is also survived by 14 step grandchildren; and 15 step great grandchildren.
