Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jean Myers of Ruston, Louisiana, born in Stuart, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 94, on October 7, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Franklin Short and Sue Brown Short; and her husband Herman H. "Sparky" Myers, Jr.. She is also survived by seven grandsons; 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to one of Jean's beloved charity groups Rolling Hills Emergency Ministries in Ruston.
